Preparing for Stanford Middle School Scholars Program (SMSSP)
The following information will help you prepare for your summer and fall semester as a Stanford Middle School Scholar. Please review the information carefully.

There are a number of steps you need to complete to enroll in the program. See the Program Details below for instructions.
Technology Requirements
SMSSP is 100% online. To participate, you will need a laptop or desktop computer, a webcam, headphones, a microphone, and an internet connection. Students can request technical equipment through the Device Lending Program (see Enrollment Agreement).
Program Information
As the start of your program approaches, students will receive emails from our team with important details about the program schedule, technology platforms, and tips for preparing for the first day. Be sure to read this information carefully.
Communication
During the Summer and Fall, parents and legal guardians can contact Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies staff via our Contact Us form or by emailing spcs-studentlife@stanford.edu. Add precollegiate@stanford.edu and spcs-studentlife@stanford.edu to your “safe sender” list to prevent important emails from getting caught in spam filters.
